The Institute for Adult Development explores how people construct meaning, become aware of their thinking, and make different responses possible.
Our work connects Constructed Development Theory with research and practice in coaching, education, leadership and institutional life.

CDT examines the construction between Intention and Response: how assumptions, meanings, identities and context shape what we notice and what we can do. IACR expresses its core developmental architecture.
A recursive, contextual framework—not a fixed checklist. Awareness can open possibilities; it does not by itself guarantee change.
CDT has an original doctoral research foundation and a continuing programme of theoretical development. The Knowledge and Research pages distinguish initial findings, later propositions and questions requiring independent validation.

Learning and recognition
The Institute’s recognition structure connects foundational learning, applied practice and sustained professional contribution. Training routes are mapped to these awards.
The pathway and training arrangements are in development. Recognition depends on the relevant assessed evidence, rather than attendance alone. Contact the Institute for current availability and requirements.
